Please read everything below thoroughly before attempting to ask me questions or commission me! I'm more than happy to answer questions once you've done that :)Requests can be placed via the Order Intake Form below!

Process

✧ After you fill out and submit the order intake form, I will contact you via email to discuss what you'd like to commission. We'll discuss your vision and what you'd like to see me draw as well as provide references for us to review together.✧ Depending on the complexity of the piece, commissions may take 2-3 weeks to complete. If I foresee a commission taking longer, you will be notified promptly.✧ I offer bust and half-body commissions at this time. If you want something extra special, like a full-body image or an original character reference sheet, contact me and we can go over the details!✧ Once your commission details are set, an invoice will be sent via PayPal G&S invoicing. No work will begin until payment has been received.✧ Once payment has been received, I will send an initial sketch preview for your approval.✧ At each stage, I will provide you with a watermarked preview of your work in progress. You can share this as long as you include the watermark and tag me.

References

✧ Clear character references are required in addition to written descriptions!✧ Share your Pinterest mood board if you dare (it's super helpful)!

Turnaround

✧ Standard estimated turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the date payment is received.✧ Complex pieces or queue volume may affect timing. I will communicate if there are any delays.✧ Do not commission me if you need work by a hard deadline unless we have explicitly agreed on one in advance.✧ I keep a spreadsheet updated daily on commission progress!

Payment

✧ Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal G&S invoices; no other forms of payment are currently accepted.✧ Payment is required in full and upfront before work begins, via PayPal (USD $).✧ Your slot is not confirmed until payment is received.✧ Prices are non-negotiable.✧ Quotes are valid for 1 week.✧ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, with a full refund issued if payment was already made.

Cancellations / Refunds

✧ Cancellations and refunds are handled based on the current stage of work.✧ Full refunds are issued if no work has begun.✧ Once the sketch stage has started, refunds are partial and decrease as work progresses.✧ No refund will be issued once rendering has begun (if you have chosen that tier)

Revisions

✧ 1 revision is included at no charge, applicable during the sketch stage.✧ Additional revisions beyond the first are charged at 15% of the base commission price per round.✧ Revisions requested after sketch approval that significantly alter the original concept (pose, composition, character design) will be treated as a new commission.✧ Minor adjustments (small color tweaks, minor expression changes) will be evaluated case by case.✧ On that note, PLEASE be sure to have your references and ideas solidified for your commission.

Usage Rights

✧ I retain full copyright of all artwork I produce as well as the right to post all works in progress or completed to my portfolio or socials.✧ If you'd like for me to refrain from posting yours specifically until a certain date (if it's a gift for example), let me know in your request.✧ Personal use only unless commercial licensing is discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins. Please send me an email at [email protected] with any questions or queries.✧ You may post the finished piece with credit to @maubunn. Do not crop out or remove any signature.✧ Do not use my work for AI training datasets, NFTs, or any commercial purpose without explicit written permission.✧ Do not claim the artwork as your own.Violation of these terms will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces as well as a total loss of rights to use artwork in any way.

What I Can Draw

✧ Original characters (OCs) (Yours or mine!)✧ D&D / Fantasy Races✧ Fanart from Video Games / Cartoons / Collectible IPs / Anime / Manga (for personal use only)✧ NSFW content at my discretion. You must inquire before commissioning; I reserve the right to decline without explanation.✧ Light anthro (some animal features replacing human features but not including snouts or paws or fur)

What I Don't Draw

✧ Extreme graphic violence, gore, or body horror.✧ Anything explicitly gross or disturbing.✧ Detailed anatomy beyond anthropomorphic features for furry/anthro characters.✧ Mecha/extremely complicated armor.✧ Hate symbols, slurs, or content targeting real people maliciously.✧ Anything that makes me uncomfortable. I reserve the right to decline without elaboration.
